Savannah Lakes Village Master Plan aims to reimagin a new community hubs for all age residents. The project is structured around three central areas, each with its unique function and identity:

THE LAKE VILLAGE: Positioned to the south, the Lake Village offers a distinctive location and atmosphere that sets it apart from the other areas and acts as a gateway to welcome people into the savannah lakes village with vast landscape and view towards the lake. Its unique positioning is likely to make it a focal point for recreational and potentially aquatic activities.

Town Center: Located at the crucial intersection of State Road S-33-7 and Highway 378, the Town Center is poised to be the beating heart of development. It will serve as the main commercial, recreational, and gathering space, ensuring it remains bustling with activity.

Health Caring Center (West End): To the west, the Health Caring Center promises comprehensive health and wellness services. It’s envisioned not just as a medical facility, but a holistic wellness center that caters to both the physical and mental well-being of the residents and visitors.

Connecting these hubs is the Green Spine. This pathway does more than just link the three main areas. It aims to breathe life into the spaces between, fostering a vibrant mix of natural beauty and cultural significance. This space holds promise for future developmental opportunities, seamlessly blending with the project’s environmental and community vision.
